As a writer, editor and digital storyteller in Chicago, Illinois, I’ve developed an eye for finding untold stories, the right details and honing in on creative potential in journalism. 
I cut my teeth as an editor and reporter in newspapers, giving me an edge in news judgment and understanding of what drives the media business. From my work in the digital space and magazines, I know how to tell stories on multiple platforms and manage a publication cycle.
I’m most passionate about good storytelling though. And storytelling that identifies and serves audiences with compelling, specific content. I’ve covered music and the visual arts, entertainment, fashion and design, business and food, and interviewed some of Chicago’s movers and shakers for many readers.
